This Trust Center describes our European approach to security, privacy and compliance. We help clients with the EU and international frameworks they actually need. We do not claim certifications that Clarify Consult Partner does not hold in its own name.

European presence: Brussels (head office), Paris and Dublin.

2. European frameworks

Our consulting programmes are built around EU law and the international standards used by European technology companies:

  • GDPR (EU) 2016/679
  • NIS 2 (EU) 2022/2555
  • DORA (EU) 2022/2554
  • EU AI Act (EU) 2024/1689
  • ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001
  • SOC 2, commonly required by EU SaaS vendors selling to enterprise buyers

US frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, HIPAA) remain available as specialist engagements when a European client must meet them. They are not our home market.

3. Data and hosting

Website data (contact forms, newsletter) is processed for Clarify Consult Partner in Brussels. Application hosting is in the European Union. Transactional email is sent via Resend to [email protected].

Supervisory authority: Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Brussels.
