Identity and contact details (name, email, company, role, message), technical browsing data, and content you submit through forms. We do not sell your data.

To answer your request, perform a consulting contract, operate the site, meet legal duties, and, with consent, send updates. Bases: pre-contract / contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent.
4. Disclosure of Your Personal Information by us
Authorised Clarify Consult staff, EU host, email provider (Resend), Cloudflare for site delivery, and authorities where the law requires it. No commercial sale.
