The contract
Clarify is the client's sole counterparty. We scope the engagement, run the relationship, and remain accountable for the outcome, including in front of the auditor. You are not a party to the client contract.

Clarify Consult Partner does not hire. We retain a closed network of independents, and a separate path for graduates. The firm contracts with the client, directs the work and invoices. You deliver under our brand, on a written scope, without exclusivity and without subordination.
The model
Clarify is the client's sole counterparty. We scope the engagement, run the relationship, and remain accountable for the outcome, including in front of the auditor. You are not a party to the client contract.
You deliver under our brand and method, against a purchase order. Price, timeline and deliverable are fixed before work starts. You keep your other clients and your freedom of organisation. There is no exclusivity.
You invoice Clarify, not the client. Payment is thirty days end of month, irrespective of when the client settles with us. No volume is guaranteed in either direction.
The network
Gap analysis, policies, risk, evidence and delivery through to audit. ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, SOC 2, C5, NIS 2, DORA, GDPR, EU AI Act, HIPAA, PCI DSS. The work has to hold before an external auditor without a rewrite.
A distinct roster, for a structural reason. No consultant audits an ISMS they implemented. Impartiality is a condition of certification, and a point we make to the client.
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, AWS, Azure, Google Workspace. Penetration testing across web, API, external and internal infrastructure when a certification or attestation programme requires it. Report in Clarify format.
vCISO and vDPO as scoped monthly mandates: hours, deliverables, reporting. Never an open-ended presence on a client site, never an unbounded staffing arrangement.
Law firms, MSPs, publishers, brokers. You introduce the contact. We take the relationship, contract and deliver. Commission on collected net revenue for the first twelve months. No minimum volume, no exclusivity.
CIP, end-of-studies internship, or junior independent status (starter, complementary self-employed, Tremplin-indépendants). Named deliverables, reviewed by a senior. No exclusivity, no fixed hours, not disguised employment.
The standard
Independents: an active enterprise number, professional indemnity insurance, verifiable certifications, two contactable references. Graduates: a school or CIP agreement, or independent status. In every case, a deliverable that stands in audit.
No employment contract, no staff leasing, no exclusivity, no imposed hours, no open-ended client-site staffing. We do not buy your time as a salary. We buy a mandate.
The file
Send your profile, certifications, day rate and two references. Complete files receive an answer within five working days. The first mandate is short and verifiable, typically a gap analysis or an internal audit, before any full programme.
