Corporate website

Group, subsidiaries, multilingual CMS, security. A corporate site, not an SME shopfront.

A corporate website: group, subsidiaries, portal, several languages. Content model, rights, CMS, security, accessibility. Not an SME shopfront, not a one-pager, not a local shop. Brussels. French, Dutch, English. Starting price EUR 20,000.

The mandate

What we build

[ 01 ]

Group site

Parent, subsidiaries, brands, countries. One architecture, not five patched sites. Navigation, canonicals, FR / NL / EN hreflang when Belgium requires it.

[ 02 ]

Governed CMS

Who drafts, who approves, who publishes. Roles, workflow, SSO if the group has it. A page model (offer, entity, careers, trust), not 40 invented types.

[ 03 ]

Security and compliance

HTTPS, headers, cookies, forms, logging. Alignable with NIS 2 / ISO if you are in scope. The site is not an island outside the security programme.

[ 04 ]

Integrations

CRM, analytics, intranet, careers, Trust Center. The minimum that holds. Not a plugin factory. CRM or digitalisation consulting stays in the same file if needed.

Out of scope

Corporate, not SME

[ 01 ]

Not a shopfront agency

We do not build sites for a local shop, a freelancer or a micro-company. No Wix, no single landing, no neighbourhood store.

[ 02 ]

Not low-cost volume

A lot has a done criterion: acceptance, cutover, editor training. Not a 'site + SEO + ads' pack at EUR 2,000.

How it runs

Scoping, then lots

[ 01 ]

Scoping

Entities, languages, critical pages, integrators, hosting, security constraint. A note: in scope, out of scope, price, timetable.

[ 02 ]

Information and design

Tree, content model, sober design system. Template mockups, not 60 marketing screens.

[ 03 ]

Build and acceptance

CMS, templates, migrations, redirects, accessibility, performance. Acceptance on a named set of pages. Done criteria written down.

[ 04 ]

Cutover

DNS, Search Console, editor training, a 30-day net. SEO consulting takes indexation work in the same firm if the lot says so.

Deliverables

What you leave with

[ 01 ]

Site in production

Pages in scope, agreed languages, redirects from the old site, a contact form that actually sends.

[ 02 ]

CMS and rights

Accounts, roles, a short editor guide. A named internal owner.

[ 03 ]

Design system

Templates, components, brand rules. Enough that the next page does not break the site.

[ 04 ]

Technical file

Hosting, DNS, cookies, accessibility, backup. A file a successor can open.

Typical cases

When to commission a corporate site

[ 01 ]

Unreadable group

Five domains, three CMS, no coherent language. One architecture, one cutover, redirects.

[ 02 ]

After certification

ISO, NIS 2, Trust Center: the site has to tell the truth. Exact pages, not security keyword stuffing.

[ 03 ]

Image refresh

The site is ten years old, sales complain, so does Google. Template rebuild, not a skin.

[ 04 ]

With the market study

The study closed positioning and pages. The site carries them. One file, two lots.

FAQ

Common questions

[ 01 ]

Do you build SME sites?

No. Groups, mid-market, publishers, firms. A local shop site is out.

[ 02 ]

WordPress?

If the content model and governance hold, yes. Otherwise a CMS your editors can run. Scoping decides.

[ 03 ]

And SEO?

Indexation work sits in the site lot. Content and local: SEO consulting, same firm, separate lot if volume justifies it.

[ 04 ]

Starting price?

EUR 20,000. A multilingual group, several entities, SSO: more. Closed lots, not open-ended time and materials.
